Whats the problem?
Ever hit on a site that just dose not look right? Images pushed over text or a horizontal scroll bar to see a tiny bit more text to the right of your screen? The two main causes of this are poor coding by the designer or, more likley, your browser.
What browser then?
Its up to you. If you like IE and don't see the problem then use it, but one of the most regarded browsers is Mozilla Firefox
